I’m continuing to push towards my goal for 2016 of reading 25 books this year and I’m excited for this month’s Reading Wednesday with Stephanie from Wife, Mommy, Me where we recap the books we’ve read the previous month. It’s been a great way to keep track of what I’ve been reading and to get new inspiration from you all for books I should be adding to my to-read list.
Though I’ve been reading a lot this month, I only actually finished one book – The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod.
The book is full of practical tips to not only get up earlier, but to know what to do when you do get up earlier to help you have your best day. The book has helped me focus a bit more in the mornings, though I do have more work to do on using my time most effectively and efficiently.
Have you read The Miracle Morning? Are you a morning person (or do you wish you were)? The book is a quick read, so I would suggest it to anyone who wants to start living their days in a more focused way.
I have three more books that I anticipate finishing in the next week or so, so I’ll tell you about them next month, but in case you are curious, they are Failing Forward by John Maxwell, 1-2-3 Magic by Thomas Phelan, and The Travelers by Chris Pavone. I am looking forward to sharing what I learned from and thought of each!
